A minute goes by like that (finger snap), but it’s more than enough time to do something that will help you feel good.
On any given day, we might not have an hour to go to the gym, 30 minutes to prepare a home-cooked meal, or 15 minutes to read. But who can’t find a minute here or there?
There are many things we can do that are good for us that take 60 seconds or less. Don’t believe it? Take a minute to read our list of 60, all practically guaranteed to make you feel good almost instantly. Ready. Set. GO!
Drink a glass of water.
Take 10 deep breaths.
Think of something you’re grateful for.
Scratch your dog’s belly.
Pet your cat.
Eat an apple.
Swivel your hips.
Shimmy your shoulders.
Write a thank-you note.
Call your parents.
Do a yoga pose and hold it.
Sprinkle a spoonful of flaxseed in something you’re about to eat.
Hug someone you love.

Recently, I was fortunate to receive some award nominations from another blogger. It is truly amazing to know that people value the content of So You Want To Be A Vegan. I have to admit I have come to love blogging and I find my energy and content takes different directions including photography, music videos and other content to share with you. This is in progress and I can’t wait to discover where it leads and the changes that comes with that.

I hope my blog goes on transitioning through weaving directions sharing with you and learning from you.
