Ok so here we have some of the food items that I will put into my bowl for breakfast this morning. From left to right on the white plate we have Mesa Sunrise, Dried Prune surrounded by Goji Berries, Sunflower Seed, Almonds, Pumpkin Seeds, Dried Currents, Walnuts, Dried Cherries (you will want to however don’t chomp down on these balls of goodness there is a pit inside), Maca/Hemp/Cacao Power Powder, Sesame Seeds, Date, Chia Seeds, Slivered Almonds and some mint for good breathe. You don’t need much – this is the beautiful thing – a little goes a long way as this is a power packed bowl of goodness for anytime of day. Top with really good milk of your choice – in this instance I used Unsweetened Almond Milk. It’s good, every little piece has been consumed (low to no waste) and its cost effective.
